We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

At this time, Sophie P. Photography ships exclusively within the United States.

If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Each print is made to order and carefully produced according to your selected size and frame options.

Estimated production and shipping times are:

• Unframed prints: approximately 5–7 business days

• Framed prints: approximately 10–12 business days

Please note that production and shipping times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details so you can follow your order's progress.

Because all prints are custom made to order, production begins shortly after your order is received.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sophiepphotography.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
